Overview

In this interview Buck recalls generational history and family life in Gisborne. He shares stories of life and activities as kids in the 1940s/50s. Recalls his friendship with a family who came to New Zealand from Italy. Buck recalls his education at the Catholic Primary School and play/lunch time activities. He joined the Navy and when he returned to civilian life, he worked for General Foods delivering frozen goods. Buck also worked for the Prison Service in various prisons as a chef and training of some inmates. Within this interview there are 6 Memorial Service Tracks all recalling memories of Buck and told by family, friends and work colleagues.
