Overview

In this interview Christine describes her family life on her Grandfathers farm at Waimatua. Talks about her grandfather using draught horse, harvest time, hay making and harvesting oats. Christine also looks at her mother’s Blondell family history. Her father worked in Brown Owl Café, the Grand Hotel and the Southland Hotel as Manager before family moved to the farm.
