*The first entry concerns the use of Dipton Hall for screening pictures 3 Saturday nights and 1 Friday night, per month.

*Other activities taking place in the hall over the period: Farmers' Union Ball, Social Dances, Bazaar, Pictures, Concerts, Euchre Parties, Draughts Club, Rehearsals, Boys' Club, Political Meetings, Religious Services, Badminton, Lodge meetings, Rifle Club, Public Meetings, Patriotic Functions....

*Caretakers' duties are listed and various memos are sent regarding his duties.

*1938 - the committe began investigating the building of a new hall.

*15/9/51: Tutle Deeds of Incorporation belonging to Dipton Athenaeum transferred to Dipton Hall Committee, but not the Library Building and contents remain the property of the Dipton Athenaeum Corp.

* 17/6/53: Tender accepted for library building.

**At the back: a piece of carbon paper, used for making copies.
