Evelyn Edwards – very intelligent

Marjorie Fortune – matron at Park Hospital which is now Southern Cross

Lorraine Bell (Kellet) – lives near Sylvia on Moana Street, Invercargill

Nina Bulman – recalls that she had a leg amputated in later life

Edith Forde – married a jockey

Ruby Hamilton – married a South African in South Africa, Bob Graves

Frances O’Donnell – her daughter trained as a nurse at Kew Hospital and married a house surgeon called Rodger Baillie

Mary Howie – as of 2020 possibly still living in Wellington?

Miss Vera Smith (Verngreen) – married another teacher called Percy Verngreen

Linda McDermott (Ericson) – her husband Bruce Ericson worked at Awarua Radio

Bertha Brandford – died young of breast cancer

Gloria Dawson (Cartwright) – her husband was Clinton Cartwright
