Minutes contain notes on social functions; hall maintenance and hireage; fundraising activities; working bees; advertising and management of social events.
An Extraordinary meeting was held 21 February 1961, to discuss alterations to the supper room. At another such meeting, held 10 June 1975, distribution of funds collected over the years, for the building of a new hall, which was then seen as beyond the Club's means to carry out. It was resolved that the monies be used 'on discretion' providing efforts were made to refund donations to those 'who were deserving', before 30 September 1975.
