Dear Dorothy, On the 26th of last month I replied by airgraph to a letter I had just received from you, dated 11th Jan, so now for the letter I promised. How are things with you old dear, still busy at the nursing. I am waiting to hear all about your holiday at the Island and no doubt will in the next lot of mail, which I hope will not be long in coming to hand. I hope Margaret Cochrane has recovered from her illness by now, the holiday at the rocks would do her good. I see that you still have a liking for kittens and pups. I had a small pup for two days on the way down from Syria but was not allowed to keep him on the Ambulance so gave him away. Are you still going to the races,
