Contains material relating to Woodlands district, especially Woodlands Primary School 125th Jubilee, and Skippers School compiled by Margaret Trotter. Also contains a publication on the Women's Division of Federated Farmers Woodlands Golden Jubilee celebrations as well as two artworks relating to the original surverying of Invercargill, drawn by Andrew Cowie.

The majority of the material is contained in a scrapbook titled "Early Woodlands and Today".
