01.17 Born in LOWER HUTT and went to school there. Left at 17 years old to go to the OTAGO PHYSICAL EDUCATION SCHOOL. Explains

01.39 Second in family has an older sister and a younger brother and sister. Self and younger siblings were good at sports. Explains

02.32 Started NETBALL at a young age and also played TENNIS and SOFTBALL. Explains

03.25 Played for school from primary through to HUTT VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL. Describes.

05.17 Self started coaching at school and was a known player by the time she went to OTAGO UNIVERSITY and got into the OTAGO NETBALL TEAM. Describes.
