Registers of Progress and Achievement record the details of individual classes. Student’s names, ages and their grades are listed as well as the teacher’s name. Sometimes there are remarks by the teacher or a General Report.

ACCESS STATEMENT: All records are open access records with the exception of the following.
1. Records containing health or other highly sensitive personal information about named individuals or families (whether students or staff). Access to these records is restricted for 100 years from the date of closure of the record to protect personal privacy
2. Records containing privacy information about named individuals or families (whether students or staff). Access to these records is restricted for 60 years from the date of closure of the record to protect personal privacy
That for reasons of protection to the integrity of the administrative processes the following school records should be protected from public access: 3. All minutes and associated papers of Boards of Trustees be restricted for 10 years from the date of closure [note: the personal privacy access restrictions in points 1-2 should also be applied to Trustee Board Minutes and associated papers].
RESTRICTION EXPIRES THE END OF: 2029 [Restriction may be extended if point 1 applies]
