Hately and Scott, Licensed Surveyors, Invercargill. Previous reference no.38 printed on the top and bottom right corners. Annotation, W. Craig & Co, Lith, Invercargill. Description of terms of payment in bottom left corner. Map shows township of Collingwood Key plan of the surrounding area in enlarged insert in top left hand corner of map. Map shows blocks III, IV, V, VI VII and VIII of land and numbered subdivisions within these blocks in Collingwood area with boundary streets being North Road, Nelson Street, Ross Street and Riverton Road as well as section of Waihopai River. Other named streets within these boundaries are Douglas, William, Gordon, Arthur, James, Charles, Elgin and Nelson Streets.
